1. Introduction

This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) is intended to provide you with the specific details about how Lead Conversion, LLC (“InvestorFuse,” “we,” and “us”) collects and processes your personal data and personally identifiable information through your use of the InvestorFuse services (“Services”). The Services include the features available at InvestorFuse.com and any applications, software, accounts, or related services that may be provided by InvestorFuse.

2. Personal Information Collected

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register for the Services (as that term is defined in our Terms of Use). If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register for the Services or send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to us or on the Services. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Through your use of and access to the Services, you may provide us with personal data or personally identifiable information (“PII”) in order to take advantage of certain aspects of the services. When you provide such data, you consent to our collection and processing of such data for the purposes outlined.

We collect and store information from or about you when you directly provide it to us. This happens when you:

a. register or create an account;

b. request assistance from our customer support team;

c. complete contact forms, request newsletters or other information; or

d. otherwise participate in activities we promote that require information about you.

We also may collect Data automatically through cookies, when you use and interact with the Services. Automatically collected information includes:

a. your general activity on the Site (e.g., your viewing history and search activity, including the date and time the Site was used);

b. your geographic location. We use this data to provide you with location-based services (such as advertising and personalized content). Most mobile devices allow you to control or disable the use of location services for applications in the device's settings;

c. website traffic volume, frequency of visits, and type and time of transactions you initiate through the Site (e.g., when you create an account);

d. information regarding your interaction with email messages (e.g., whether you opened, clicked on, or forwarded an email message);

e. your Internet Protocol (IP) address;

f. the type and settings of the device, operating system, and browser used to access the Site; and

g. other information gathered through cookies and similar technologies, which are discussed further in the fourth section of this Privacy Policy.

InvestorFuse receives the following categories of data:

a. Communication Data: Data sent to us when someone contacts us including via website contact forms or other communications.

b. Customer Data: Data related to purchases you make via our marketplace including name, billing and/or shipping address, email address, phone number, other contact information, purchase details and financial information. InvestorFuse does not store financial information and utilizes a third party vendor to provide financial transaction services.

c. User and Technical Data: Website and App User Data including cookies and website analytics, IP address, User Account Data, and device information.

d. Marketing Data: Contact information and user preferences related to marketing and communications from InvestorFuse.

We use the PII we collect in order to provide you an excellent experience when accessing the Services and to operate our business. We may integrate with social sharing features or other related tools which let you share actions you take on through our Services with other apps, sites or media, and vice versa. These features may enable the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the social sharing site. For example, you may click on a Facebook "like" button, which publishes to your Facebook account that you "like" one of the pictures or profiles featured through our Services. These features may also collect your IP address and which page you are visiting and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Your interaction with these features is governed by the privacy policy of the relevant social sharing site. Please refer to the privacy policies of those social sharing sites for more information. As stated herein, we cannot control the use of any such information or content you choose to make available publicly.

Note that we may also process Personal Data of our user’s clients (buyers and/or sellers) in connection with our provision of services to user, in which case we are the processor of this data. If we are the processor or service provider for your Personal Data (i.e., not the controller or business), please contact the controller/business party in the first instance to address your rights with respect to such data. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your Personal Data and how We will treat it.

InvestorFuse does not sell PII or Data to third parties.

3. Collection of Data From Third Parties

InvestorFuse may collect data about you through cookies and other technologies. This helps InvestorFuse understand how you use the Services and to understand any patterns that may be associated with your use of the Services. This aids InvestorFuse in developing or improving its Services in response to your needs or wants.

InvestorFuse may use session or persistent cookies. Session cookies are only stored on your computer or mobile device during your use of the Services and are automatically deleted when you close your web browser. Persistent cookies are stored as a file on your computer or mobile device that remain on your computer or mobile device even after you close your web browser. Persistent cookies can be read by the Services that created the cookie when you revisit it again. InvestorFuse may use persistent cookies when it utilizes Google Analytics or other analytics providers, which is intended to track the origin and behavior of traffic to the Services. You can control cookies by modifying the settings of your web browser or to request your permission each time a site attempts to set a cookie. You can also manually delete previously stored cookies. Please note that if you choose to block cookies, doing so may impair the functionality of our Services.

InvestorFuse may also receive data from third parties including analytics providers or third-party advertising networks such as those owned by Google, Facebook, Amazon, or Apple.

4. Marketing Communications

InvestorFuse may send you marketing communications if you have asked for information concerning its Services and consented to such use of  your data. You may ask InvestorFuse to stop sending you marketing messages at any time by following the opt-out link in any marketing message sent to you or adjusting the settings in your account, if you have one.

5. Disclosure of Personal Information

We only share your personal data in limited circumstances.

We may share or disclose your personal data with your consent or at your direction.

We may also share your data with certain third parties to aid us in operating the InvestorFuse website or services. For example, we may share your personal data with third parties, such as analytics providers, to utilize their software tools and measure the effectiveness of our advertisements. We may also share personal data, such as device IDs, with third party advertisers to help them determine whether they should serve an ad to you. The data that we share with these third parties does not include your email address, name, phone number, or username, but it may include your geographical location.

We may also share your personal data with our accountants, auditors, insurers, or attorneys where doing so is necessary to protect the interests of InvestorFuse or to comply with any law or regulation.

We may also share your personal data with government or law enforcement agencies when we are required to report our data processing activities, upon receipt of an exigent circumstances request, upon receipt of a duly authorized subpoena or court order, or where doing so is necessary to protect our users, our employees, our contractors, third parties, or property.

Finally, we may share your personal data to a third party if we sell, transfer, or merge any part of our business or assets. In the event that we share your personal data in the sale, transfer, or merger of any part of our business or assets, this Privacy Policy will continue to apply to your personal data when transferred to the new entity.

6. Data Security

InvestorFuse has put into place data security measures to protect your PII. InvestorFuse allows access to your PII only by employees and service providers who have a need to know or access your PII on InvestorFuse’s instructions. InvestorFuse will notify you and any regulatory body of any breach of your PII or InvestorFuse’s security measures if it is legally required to do so.

7. Management, Protection and Retention of Data

If you have registered an account with us and we provide you with account settings that let you modify, correct, or delete the personal data that you have provided to us that is associated with your account. Many of our third-party service providers are located within the United States and their processing of personal data will involve a transfer of data outside of the European Union.

We also put data security measures into place to protect your personal data. We allow access to your personal data only by employees and service providers who have a need to know or access your personal data on our instructions. We will notify you and any regulatory body of any breach of your personal data or our security measures if and when we are legally required to do so.

We will only retain your personal data for so long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it is collected under this Privacy Policy or for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

8. Your Data Rights

You may have a right to request access to your personal data for correction, transfer, erasure, or restriction, or to object to its processing or withdraw your consent. If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer as disclosed in this Privacy Policy.

You do not need to pay a fee to access your PII or to exercise your rights. However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is unreasonable or excessive.

To confirm your request, we may need to request specific information from you as a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to an unauthorized third party. We will attempt to respond to all legitimate requests within thirty days.

9. Third Party Links

InvestorFuse’s Services may include links to third party Services and applications. By clicking on third party links, you may allow third parties to collect or share data about you. InvestorFuse does not control these third-party links and you are advised to review their respective privacy policies.

10. California Privacy Rights

California residents have a right to request that we disclose what personal information we collect from you and whether, and how, we disclose or sell that personal information. California residents may also request that we correct or delete any personal information collected or maintained by us from you. California residents may also have the right to opt out of the sharing or sale of their personal information or sensitive information upon request.

California residents may opt out of the sharing or sale of their personal information by clicking a link or icon associated with an advertisement. Specifically, this link or icon may state “Do Not Sell My Personal Information,” “Do Not Share My Personal Information,” “Do Not Share My Info,” or “Do Not Sell My Info.” By selecting this link or icon, you “Opt Out,” which means that you have opted out of the sharing or sale of your personal information as set forth in the California Consumer Privacy Act. However, even though you may have opted out, you may still see interest-based advertisements. To learn more about interest-based advertising across websites and additional opt-out choices, you can visit http://optout.aboutads.info. If you opt-out of the sharing or sale of your personal information but do not opt out of interest-based advertising more generally, you may still receive ads tailored to your interests based on personal information that was not shared or sold by us, personal information that was shared or sold to downstream participants at least 90 days before you opted out, or personal information that was shared or sold by other sources from which you have not opted out.

California residents may opt out of having their sensitive personal information used or disclosed for advertising or marketing. Sensitive personal information includes your precise geolocation and the contents of mail, email or text messages, unless the business is the intended recipient.

To verify your request, we may request certain information from you to confirm that you are a InvestorFuse user such as your phone number, username, email address, city, state, or geographic location. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request to InvestorFuse to disclose or delete your personal information. To do so, you must provide InvestorFuse with proof that the individual or business has been appointed as your agent, such by providing a signed power of attorney form, and provide accurate responses to any information requested by InvestorFuse that may be necessary to confirm that you are an InvestorFuse user, such as your phone number, username, email address, city, state, or geographic location. California residents have a right not to receive discriminatory treatment by InvestorFuse for their exercise of these rights conferred under California law.

11. Notification of Changes

Whenever InvestorFuse changes its Privacy Policy, we will post those changes to this Privacy Policy and other places that we deem appropriate. Your use of the InvestorFuse Services following these changes indicates your consent to the practices described in the revised Privacy Policy.
